Does InspectAI replace my CRM?
For most small shops, it is the CRM: customer records, request pipeline, appointment times, messages, feedback, and payments live in one workspace. What it doesn't do is field-service dispatch. If you need technician routing and truck tracking, pair it with Jobber or your field software.
Does it handle technician dispatching?
No. Booking is customer self-scheduling from your availability. For skill-based dispatch, routing, and truck tracking, pair InspectAI with Jobber or your field management software.
Can I sell maintenance plans or service agreements?
Yes. From any customer record you can create a monthly service agreement: name the plan, describe what is included, and set your monthly price. Shops use them for HVAC checkup plans, landscaping upkeep, pest prevention, and service clubs. The customer signs up once through a secure Stripe link, the monthly charge runs on your own Stripe account, and the agreement's status on the customer record follows each charge. Billing is monthly, and you can cancel an agreement anytime; billing stops right away.
Does the customer ever see the AI estimate directly?
Never. The AI draft is private to your team. Every number is reviewed and approved by you before the customer sees anything.
Is this a lead marketplace?
No. Your requests are never sold or shared, and there are no per-lead fees. You own the customer relationship, full stop.
What does it cost to start?

The sync itself is included with every InspectAI plan, even the free Starter plan. There is no separate InspectAI charge for it. The only other cost is your own Jobber subscription: Jobber's plans start at $29 per month billed annually ($49 month-to-month), per Jobber's published pricing.
Can customers attach screenshots or documents to support messages?
Yes, up to three JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, or PDF files per reply, 8 MB each. Files stay behind the private support conversation and are never embedded in notification emails.
